Your tasks

Support of the pastrymanagement in all matters
Preparation of hot & cold desserts & sweets for all F&B outlets of the hotel.
Close collaboration with the teams of the kitchens
Constant quality controls and improvements
Creativity in the development of new products
Ensuring that our high standards are maintained, hygiene etc.
Supporting the apprentice training

Your profile

completed professional training
relevant professional experience in the patisserie of upscale gastronomy
creativity and quality awareness
high guest and service orientation
high sense of responsibility and service consciousness
