Are you a true “night owl” who keeps service, safety and peace of mind running smoothly? While others are sleeping, you keep all the strings in your hands. Like the good spirit of the house or a silent owl, you watch over our Hyatt Regency Vienna throughout the night and make sure our guests – aka night owls – feel well looked after and comfortable, even in the late hours.

After the handover with our late shift, you take over the reins: you welcome guests, park their cars, manage the telephone system, take care of preliminary accounting tasks and start the daily closing process. You handle any spontaneous tasks that arise during the night with confidence and professionalism. As Night Supervisor, you are also responsible for the team by your side and keep the Night Manager, management and department heads informed about everything happening during the night.

Compensation according to the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and hospitality industry from €2,263 gross/month (14 payments per year), depending on experience and qualifications.

• Your quick comprehension and attention to detail are among your greatest strengths.

• You have a valid Category B driver's license to park our guests' cars during the night.

• You have a confident and professional manner and approach challenges head-on.

• You are comfortable working with numbers, as you handle accounting and billing with precision.

• You communicate confidently in German and English with our international guests.

• You are ready to take on Duty Management responsibilities during the night.
