Data Privacy Statement

We are members of tophotels.wien (see Imprint) and process your personal data in order to handle your application and to ensure that we can fill any open positions in an optimal manner. The legal basis for this is our overriding legitimate interest in conducting an efficient application process (Article 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) as well as the necessity to take certain pre-contractual steps (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We collect this data as part of the application process, either when you provide it to us (for example, by sending us your CV via email or the application tool) or when we collect it ourselves (for example, by taking notes during an interview). If the application process is not successful, we will retain your data for up to seven months from the date of rejection. If you are interested in remaining on our list for future consideration, we will need to ask for your consent to store the data for a longer period of time. Our consent form provides for a period of one year, after which your data will be deleted. You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data or agree to remain on our list. However, if you do not do so, we will not be able to complete the application process with you or continue to store your data for future consideration. I agree that the data I entered for my application at tophotels.wien will be stored and processed accordingly for the purpose of filling other vacant positions matching my application profile for the period of one year. You may withdraw your consent by e-mail to info@tophotels.wien without the need to give any reason. In this case, we will delete your data promptly. If you do not withdraw your consent, we will automatically delete your data after one year.
