As an Assistant Bar Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind our creative bar concept while delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. You help bring innovative ideas to life, refine our cocktail menu, and ensure that our service consistently meets the highest standards. As a role model for the team, you take responsibility for the day-to-day bar operations, support the management and development of the bar team, and play an active role in creating an unforgettable atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your passion for mixology, commitment to quality, and hands-on approach make you an essential part of our bar's success.
You have successfully completed vocational training as a Restaurant Specialist or hold a comparable qualification in the hotel and hospitality industry.
Compensation: In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in the hotel and hospitality industry, starting from €2,492 gross per month (paid 14 times per year), depending on experience and qualifications.
