Your duties: 

  • Assistance in the management of banquet operations & logistics
  • Coordination of temporary staff
  • Direct reporting to our Banquet Operations Manager and F&B Manager and close cooperation with our Event Sales
  • department
  • Participation in function and banquet meetings
  • Preparation, follow-up and operational realisation of events
  • Excellent guest service and contact person for our guests during the event

Your profil: 

  • Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
  • Professional experience in the banqueting sector
  • Professional experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
  • Independent working style and sense of responsibility
  • High quality standards, ability to work in a team and enjoy your work
  • Collegiality, positive and cordial charisma
  • You have an open, proactive and communicative personality and are quick on the uptake
  • You have good organisational skills
  • Fluency in German and English, other languages an advantage

The statutory gross minimum salary (based on full-time employment) for this position is € 2,220. An overpayment is certain and depends on the qualification profile.
