/ Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out
/ Secure knowledge of the product and safe handling of the Opera system
/ Recording, processing and forwarding of mails, faxes and messages
/ Correct recording and execution of wake-up calls
/ Accompany guests to rooms and explain the equipment of the hotel
/ Control of guest registration taking into account the reporting system and data collection
/ Create and manage guest accounts in the system
/ Update of guest profiles with guest wishes
/ Recording or forwarding of guest complaints
/ Category B driving licence

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry, with a monthly gross salary classified in wage group 3 of at least 1,853, - EUR, whereby we guarantee an overpayment appropriate to your experience and qualifications.
