Our reception is the heart of our hotel and we are looking for reinforcement. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Supervisor for the vacant position in our team, with a special focus on the support and further development of our Guest Relations program.

All of our focal points - hotel, culinary, culture and events - come together at reception. As an exclusive high-end boutique hotel with 34 suites, we attach great importance to service, guest relations and a long-term relationship with our guests. We have many regular guests and are looking for a cheerful and self-confident personality who would like to be there for them together with us and is interested in a varied area of responsibility. What we are looking for: 

• Self-confident and independent personality
• Collegial, accurate and reliable way of working
• Experience as a front office agent or front office supervisor
• Interest in guest relations and concierge services
• Experience in the 5-star segment an advantage, but not a requirement
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Completed training in the hotel industry

The gross minimum salary for this position is at least € 2,300 on a full-time basis. Overpayment is guaranteed and depends on the qualification profile. The statutory gross minimum salary is € 2,220.
