Breakfast Cook Supervisor (m/w/d)
Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire breakfast buffet service and kitchen operations
- Responsibility for the live-cooking-station
- Preparation of cold and warm dishes for the breakfast buffet
- Preparation and arranging all dishes required for the breakfast buffet
- Active participation in looking after the live cooking station during breakfast times
- Providing the required mise en place
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Experience in the kitchen
- skilled craftsmanship Technical and HACCP knowledge
- Good knowledge of German (any other language is an advantage)
- Willingness to work, initiative, commitment

The minimum gross salary for this position starts according to the legal Collective agreement as of 2.263,00 euros per month. The amount of the overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
