Payment according to the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry from EUR 2,303 on a full-time basis (14 x) depending on experience and qualifications. Your time is valuable to us - every hour of overtime is credited.

- You love talking on the phone and are an attentive listener.
- You prove yourself to be a troubleshooter with a happy ending quality.
- You understand the importance of a good phone call.
- You know the intercultural nuances of meeting guests.
- You know the rooms, your colleagues and every service in the hotel.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
