Head Bartender (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Inspiring our guests with new trends and in-house creations
- Acting as the perfect host in front of and behind the bar
- Creating your own drink compositions and actively participating in the design of new drink menus
- Classic bar and service activities in front of and behind the bar.
- Training, guiding, motivating, and coaching employees
- Expertly leading, strategically managing, and efficiently coordinating the bar team
- Independently managing shifts and events
- Monitoring and organizing inventory
- Sharing responsibility for economic and organizational success
Your profile
- Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy
- Completed training in the gastronomy/hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Enjoy dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
- A high degree of initiative and great commitment

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2492,00 euros per month. The amount of the possible overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
