Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Professional production of all dishes according to the current food offer for restaurant / bar / banquet and room service
- Independent work on the different positions
- Active cooperation in the design of new dishes for the respective menus
- Active cooperation in training, motivation, guidance of kitchen apprentices (m/w/d)
Our profile
- A completed apprenticeship as a cook
- Manual dexterity
- Technical and HACCP knowledge
- Good knowledge of German (any other language is an advantage)

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2015,00 euros per month. The amount of the possible overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/w/d).
