About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Vienna within the Front Office Team in Vienna, the Night Audit is responsible for various duties.

As  Night Audit you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assumption and regular execution of all tasks in the Front Office according to the operational requirements.
• Creating MOWow moments that surprise and inspire our guests.
• Ensuring the safety of all guests and employees during the night.
• Presence at the Front Office during the night shift and operational support for the team.
• Actively interacting with guests and colleagues as an ambassador of the hotel.
• Ensuring that all relevant standards regarding quality, sustainability, and FLHSS in the Rooms Division, as well as policies and regulations, are understood and followed.
• Responsibility for the smooth operation of the night shift, including the hotel and Mandarin Oriental Residences.
• Focusing on process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to optimize service quality.
• Providing in-room dining services, including order taking, meal preparation, and serving.
• Establishing a consistent feedback culture within the Front Office team to continuously improve nightly routines.
• Actively promoting our “Fans of MO” guest recognition program and participating in the upselling program.
• Performing daily accounting tasks related to Front Office operations.
• Ensuring proper execution of End-of-Day procedures.
• Maintaining a very high standard of personal hygiene, behavior, and staff grooming.
• Tactfully handling guest complaints and feedback.
• Collaborating and coordinating teamwork with other departments.
• Adhering to all relevant standards, such as LQE and Forbes, as well as continuous training and implementation of new standards in consultation with the supervisor.

The collective minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2.330,00. There is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and work experience.
