Reservationagent/Operator (m/f/d)

To complement our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated and highly motivated colleague in the following position: Reservationagent / Operator (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Answering all internal and external phone calls
• Ensuring that all guest requests are met
• Close cooperation with all departments of the hotel
• Independently handle all reservation requests while maintaining our high standards of quality and service
• Close collaboration with the front office and the reservation team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Friendly and winning personality
• Completed education in the hotel business is an advantage
• Professional experience in the luxury hotel industry is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Very good MS Office skills
• Excellent manners
• Independent and responsible way of working

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,015.-

The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
