Reservations Agent of Vienna cluster (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Receipt, correct and independent processing of individual reservations as well as group reservations for the hotels located in the Vienna cluster (Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof, Jaz in the City Vienna, IntercityHotel Vienna)
- Telephone and personal consultation of guests regarding all reservation and offer requests
- Upselling of different room categories
- Consultation of commissions from various travel partners
- Preparation of daily guest correspondence for reception
- Support in the training of apprentices (m/f/d)
Your Profile
- a completed training in hospitality, alternatively in another commercial area
- First experience in reservations desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of hotel software with Opera Cloud is an advantage (but not required)

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2263,00 euros per month. The amount of the overpayment depends on the qualifications and professional experience of the applicant (m/f/d).
