Reservations Agent (m/f/d)
Your Tasks.
- The handling of reservations (individual and group requests)
- friendly and polite advice on all geust inquiries for all reservations
- Upselling the various outlets
- checking creidworhiness when accepting reservations
- preparation of daily guest correspondence for reception
- support in the training of apprentices
Our requirements.
- A completed education in the hotel industry
- Experience at the reception desk
- A well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- Pleasure in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
- A respectful interaction with colleagues is important for you
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience with Opera is an advantage

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 1853.00 euros per month. The amount of the overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/w/d).
