Your tasks
- Representation of the house and Meliá Hotels International
- Representation of the Outlet Manager in case of absence
- Exemplary guest service
- Good wine and spirits knowledge
- Hands-on qualities, personal work dedication and leading by example
- Induction and training of staff
- Various mise-en-place activities
- Customer oriented work
- Completion of administrative tasks

- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and initiative
- Work experience as Chef de Rang or Supervisor advantageous, experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as Micros
- Very good knowledge of German and English
Depending on training and qualifications, this position is classified in the collective agreement for manual workers (LG3). With appropriate qualifications and many years of professional experience, overpayment is possible.
