Your tasks

Of course, you will also have to fulfill the usual tasks as an Assistant Front Office Manager:

  • Support of the Front Office Manager
  • Joint management of the team, consisting of up to 20 employees*.
  • Achieving efficient guest satisfaction, and best ratings on the portals
  • Motivation of the team, because with fun and joy simply everything succeeds
  • "think out of the box", the wishes of our guests have priority
  • Planning and organization of the front office
  • Preparation of duty and vacation schedules
  • Training of new employees
  • Administrative activities
  • Implementation of the Meliá Service Standards

Your profil

  • Passion for Guests!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel manager or comparable qualification/training
  • At least one year of professional experience in the same position in the 5* hotel industry
  • International work experience
  • Confident handling of MS Office and Opera
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish an advantage

Depending on training and qualifications, this position is classified in the collective agreement for employees (BG5). With appropriate qualifications and many years of professional experience, overpayment is possible.
