Assistant Front Office Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks.
- Handling arrivals and departures as well as preparing the daily financial statements
- Cash management, accounting and billing with the F&B outlets
- Fulfilling a variety of guest requests and dealing with complaints
- Tours of the hotel to ensure safety and fire safety Monitoring smooth hotel operations at night
- Representing room service at night
Your profile:
- completed vocational training
- Experience in the hotel industry desirable, but not required
- accurate, structured and independent way of working
- high sense of responsibility
- very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience with hotel-specific programs is an advantage

The minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 2.492,00 per month according to the statutory collective agreement. The amount of a possible overpayment depends on the qualifications and professional experience of the applicant (m/f/d).
