Chef de Rang - late shift (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Friendly, warm service for our guests (m/f/d)
- Expert advice and upselling of current F&B offerings
- Monitoring of hotel and hygiene standards
- Proper mise en place
- Professional assistance with guest complaints
- Active participation in the training and onboarding of colleagues (m/f/d), apprentices (m/f/d), and temporary staff (m/f/d)
- Assisting colleagues (m/f/d) with bar service during the late shift, as needed
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
- A burning passion
- Genuine, heartfelt hospitality
- High level of motivation, dedication, and teamwork
- Good knowledge of German and English

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2.330,00 euros per month. The amount of the possible overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
