Cluster Sales Coordinator Region Austria (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team in managing assigned cluster hotels
- Preparing, coordinating, and following up on quotes, contracts, presentations, and customer documents
- Maintaining and updating customer data
- Assisting with the processing of RFPs, corporate agreements, and customer-specific agreements
- Coordinating customer visits, site inspections, sales trips, fam trips, trade shows, and internal sales meetings
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or a comparable field
- Professional experience is a plus
- Proficiency in standard MS Office programs and common hotel software
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Initiative, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills

The amount of the possible overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
