Cluster Sales Manager Region Austria (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- Managing, maintaining, and expanding existing customer relationships, as well as actively acquiring new corporate clients for the assigned cluster hotels in Vienna, Graz, and Krems
- Targeting defined market segments, particularly corporate, MICE, leisure groups, TMCs, consortia, and local key accounts
- Coordinating and supporting RFP processes, framework agreements, and customer-specific agreements
- Analyzing sales figures, market trends, customer potential, and competitor activities
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities within the Austrian hotel cluster
- Maintaining and documenting all relevant customer activities, leads, opportunities, and contract information in the CRM system
- Close collaboration with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, Event Sales, and the hotel operations teams to ensure professional customer service
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or a comparable degree
- At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Good market knowledge and customer contacts in the relevant segment
- Proficiency in standard MS Office programs and common hotel software
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Initiative, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and excellent negotiation skills

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2.699,00 euros per month. The amount of the possible overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
