Convention Sales Executive Cluster Vienna (m/f/d)
Your Tasks.
- Receiving and reviewing enquiries and preparing quotations and contracts for hotels in the Vienna cluster (Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof, Jaz in the City, InterCityHotel Vienna)
- Follow-up discussions and advising our customers, including guided tours of the hotel
- Detailed coordination of groups and events with our customers
- Independent entry of enquiries and preparation of quotations
- Assistance with the operational organisation of our events
- Joint responsibility for training apprentices/trainees (m/f/d) and junior team members (m/f/d)
Our requirements.
- Completed training in the hotel industry, or alternatively in another commercial field
- Professional experience in event sales (hotel industry)
- An open, friendly, and reliable personality
- Organizational and communication skills
- Good German and English language skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs required
- Experience with Opera Cloud desirable

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2.263,00 euros per month. The amount of a possible overpayment depends on the qualifications and professional experience of the applicant (m/f/d).
