Director of Rooms (all genders)

As Director of Rooms (all genders), you will assume overall responsibility for the Rooms Division and, together with the Director of Operations, ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience at the highest level. You will lead your departments with clarity and vision, work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, as well as F&B and Sales, and ensure that our international guests are always excellently cared for.

With your strategic mindset, you will manage budgets, forecasts, and quality standards, analyze guest feedback, and continuously develop measures to improve our service quality.

This is YOU:

• You have solid leadership experience in a comparable role within upscale hospitality.
• You take full responsibility for the entire Rooms Division and work closely with the Director of Operations.
• Ideally, you bring experience with Hyatt and relevant systems.
• You collaborate across departments including Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Sales.
• You manage the recruitment process of your department in close coordination with HR.
• You are responsible for forecasts and budgets and always keep an eye on key financial performance indicators.
• You analyze guest feedback (e.g., Medallia or TripAdvisor) and derive targeted improvement measures.
