Thanks to your efficiency, the queue at check-in quickly turns into guests full of anticipation for their room. The Front of House is not just a place of coming and going. Here, you create guest loyalty. Your strengths are asking questions and listening. Through your kindness, professionalism, and humor, you turn tired travelers into happy guests!
Compensation according to the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry starting at EUR 2,263 (14 x), depending on experience and qualifications.

You ensure a smooth check-in and check-out.
You know our product very well and confidently work with the Opera system.
You handle emails reliably and forward them correctly.
You carefully take wake-up calls and execute them diligently.
You accompany guests to their rooms and competently explain the hotel facilities.
You check guest registration in compliance with all registration and data protection regulations.
You create guest accounts in the system and manage them in a structured way.
You maintain and update guest profiles including individual preferences.
You handle guest complaints professionally and forward them in a solution-oriented manner.
You hold a Class B driving license.
