You are the first “Welcome to Vienna!” and the last “Have a safe journey!” You are the master of the check-in queue: with warmth, professionalism and a good sense of humor, you turn travelers into happy guests.

You know the hotel, its procedures and our loyalty programs inside out. You handle payments accurately and conscientiously. Housekeeping relies on you, and the service team counts on you. Without you, nothing gets done.

You have completed an apprenticeship as a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant or a comparable qualification in tourism.

Compensation according to the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry from €2,216 gross/month (14 payments per year), depending on experience and qualifications.

• You already have experience working at a hotel front desk.

• You may already have experience working with the Opera hotel system.

• You are friendly and have a professional manner.

• Multitasking is your middle name.

• You know how to turn complaints into customer loyalty.

• You speak excellent German and English. We're happy if you speak any additional languages, too.
