Front Office Agent (m/f/d) as of November 2025
Your Tasks
- Professional and warm welcome of our guests
- Check-in and check-out with the OPERA PMS system
- Central contact person for all guest requests
- Concierge tasks (ticket sales, restaurant recommendations...)
- Being in charge of the telephone system and processing e-mail inquiries as well as forwarding them to the relevant departments
Your Profile
- A completed education in the hotel industry
- Experience at the reception desk
- A well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- Pleasure in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience with hotel software programmes is an advantage

The minimum gross salary for this position is according to the legal Collective agreement 2263,00 euros per month. The amount of the overpayment depends on the qualifications of the applicant (m/f/d).
