Salary according to the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry starting at EUR 2,492 (14 times per year), depending on experience and qualifications.

This is YOU:
You are responsible for leading our Front Office teams, in close coordination with our Rooms Division Manager and Director of Operations.
You ensure smooth operations across all shifts and guarantee exceptional guest experiences.
You look after and welcome VIPs and regular guests.
Ideally, you already have experience with Hyatt and its systems.
You are responsible for creating duty and vacation schedules as well as developing and conducting trainings.
You actively sell upsells as well as our Hyatt customer loyalty program “World of Hyatt”.
You work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B and Sales to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
You analyse guest feedback (e.g. Hyatt Medallia or TripAdvisor) and develop measures to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
You represent our Rooms Division Manager in their absence.
