Your Role
You are the heart of the hotel—you are the voice of Le Méridien Vienna. You answer every question and connect every call. You know the hotel inside out, and all information comes together with you. You are the expert behind our state-of-the-art telephone system and inbox.
Our guests and callers appreciate your professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help. You are the hero at the other end of the line!
You have successfully completed vocational training as a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant or hold a comparable qualification in tourism or hospitality.
Compensation is based on the Austrian collective agreement for hotel and hospitality employees, starting at EUR 2,216 gross per month (14 salaries per year), with higher pay depending on qualifications and experience.
